A beautiful pristine conch shell that possesses the magical ability to translate forms of speech spoken by underwater creatures (Aquan and other underwater languages to DM discretion). To use the conch one must hold it to their ear while both the conch and their head are submerged underwater. The conch translates words to their literal meaning which means more complicated thoughts may get lost in translation. The listener may be able to understand the words they hear but they cannot speak or write in the language they heard.
